Live the dream of a holiday in Sardinia in a luxury villa with pool just a short walk from the beautiful sea of San Teodoro.

We don’t promise to make you feel at home: with Sardinia Dream Villas, the real luxury is being able to enjoy everyday moments of joy without having to think about anything else.

We will do everything to go beyond your expectations and let you enjoy an experience tailor-made for you in the comfort of the house that you choose for your holiday in Sardinia.

Luxury

fabrics for bath and bed linen, luxurious pampering in the courtesy bathroom set, a concierge service to organise your days, gourmet experiences with home chefs: our team will always be on hand to respond to your wishes and all you'll have to do is enjoy your holiday.

When you rent one of our prestigious villas in Puntaldìa, you will always find some essential services included, such as the supply of toiletries, the regular renewal of linen and towels, all utilities, the daily and final cleaning of the villa, the shuttle service to the Puntaldìa town centre and Lu Impostu beach (which can also be reached on foot with private access) and a security service throughout the area.

In addition, we can take care of you with luxury services upon request, which we can tailor together according to your needs and tastes.

  • Chef + Butler

  • Gourmet experiences at home, with dinner in the garden under the stars or an apéritif by the pool.
    A menu with the catch of the day, a tasting menu of typical Sardinian dishes or the preparation of an apéritif buffet: every taste and desire will be satisfied by a chef who will surprise you every day and a butler who will take care of everything else.
    This service can be booked for stays of at least one week.

  • Luxury lies in the small things and in being able to take time for yourself, away from the hustle and bustle and everyday worries.
