The villa is located in the northern part of the I Giardini d’Aldia residential complex, about 300 metres from the main entrance, and enjoys a beautiful view of the beaches of La Cinta and Lu Impostu; it is built on two levels – ground floor and basement – the latter with sliding doors completely above ground overlooking the garden.
The pedestrian entrance, located on the left of the villa overlooking the sea, provides easy access to the basement. Also from the garden, via the San Giacomo granite stairs that lead to the pool area, is access to the main part of the villa, itself divided into two distinct areas separated by a patio – the living area and the sleeping area.

The interior rooms

On the ground floor, separated by a large patio, are the living area and the sleeping area. To the right of the patio, overlooking the sea, is the living area, consisting of a large living room, made very bright by the windows, which allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and the pool. The white curtains on every window recall the colour of the cushions in the living room, which are strictly white, and help to make the room even brighter.
The rectangular kitchen is located immediately behind the living room and is equipped with all amenities.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, plus another room used as a reading room; each room has its own double bed and air conditioning, and can also be reached from the outside thanks to the sliding glass door, which allows guests to access the veranda and the garden in a private way, without the need to pass through the communal areas of the villa.
There are 6 bathrooms in total, 4 of which are ensuite.
Parquet flooring, which has been expertly treated, dominates in almost every room in the villa, giving it a fresh touch.

The exterior of the villa

The living area and the sleeping area are separated by a patio, which overlooks the pool and allows you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.
The patio is furnished with an outdoor lounge in antique-finish wood with white cushions and is sheltered to the rear by a large window in case of mistral winds.
There are two verandas: the one in the sleeping area overlooks the garden and is furnished with wooden armchairs with cushions, while the one in the living area leads onto to the pool and is furnished with an outdoor lounge, again with white cushions, and a large wooden table that can seat 12 to 14 people.
The pool is raised above the garden, allowing you to bathe in its crystal clear waters while admiring the breathtaking view of the sea.
The outdoor kitchen, located at the rear of the villa, is carved in granite and is equipped with a sink and a 4-ring burner, as well as a barbecue. In close proximity to the outdoor kitchen, there is also a small vegetable garden, stocked with typical summer vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as herbs for use in barbecues.
A garage and a laundry room complete the property.

The beach of Lu Impostu, which is about 1,000 metres from the villa, features very fine white sand made up of tiny grains formed by natural erosion over the centuries of the surrounding granite, and can be reached via the internal street of the residential complex, along a small path and wooden footbridge adjacent to the Hotel Baglioni. This route is authorised and reserved only to guests of the complex.
