Built in 2010 and recently renovated, this villa occupies a prime location on a small promontory, offering unparalleled views of the beach below and benefiting from its proximity of under 1000 meters to the shore. Its east-facing orientation ensures breathtaking sunrise views and shaded comfort during the afternoon's hottest hours. Spread across three separate buildings, Villa Scilla Maris boasts a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

The interior rooms

Entry into the main building is through a large sliding glass door leading into a spacious, brightly lit living room adorned with light-colored curtains and sofas, overlooking the garden. To the left of the living room, also facing the garden, is the dining kitchen featuring a central island and equipped with induction cooktops, dishwasher, oven, double sink, refrigerator with freezer, and a small pantry tucked away at the rear. 

On the right side of the living room, facing east, another living area mirrors the white sofas and curtains, complementing the wooden roof. Opening the sliding glass doors seamlessly merges the indoor living space with the outdoors, creating a vast, unencumbered living area. Beyond this space, sliding glass doors lead to the sleeping quarters comprising two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and garden access. A relaxation area separates the bedrooms, furnished with sofas, armchairs, a wooden coffee table, and a 55-inch TV.

From the main entrance through the living room, access is provided to two additional bedrooms in the main building, separated by a porch and patio, both featuring en suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, and wooden verandas for evening relaxation.

Adjacent to the kitchen and living room on the west side is the second building, also featuring sliding glass doors, housing another bedroom with en suite bathroom, a laundry and ironing room, and a utility room for laundry storage.

Crossing the garden towards the sea leads to the pool area where the third building houses two more double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, offering enhanced privacy about 50 meters away from the main building. All interior spaces are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. The pitched wooden roof, characteristic of the ancient Stazzo Gallurese style, contrasts with the modern interior design featuring large windows, modern furnishings, and home automation.

Villa Scilla Maris blends modern and classical architectural elements harmoniously, with granite-clad walls typical of northern Sardinia's Giallo San Giacomo stone and the classic two-pitch roof of the Stazzo Gallurese.

These distinctive features integrate the villa perfectly into its natural surroundings.

 All building sections feature verandas; the main veranda, located in the living area, invites relaxation on large wicker sofas adorned with soft blue and white cushions, ideal for enjoying a glass of Gallura Vermentino, reading a book, or socializing with friends and family before or after dinner. Adjacent is a spacious wooden dining table seating up to 10 guests on cushioned chairs under the veranda's shelter.

 From the veranda, a small granite pathway laid by skilled gardeners leads to the rectangular swimming pool, about 50 meters from the main building, offering crystal-clear waters and stunning views of Lu Impostu's sea. The pool solarium, spanning approximately 50 square meters, overlooks a lush lawn area of about 250 square meters.

The 6,500-square-meter garden, enveloped in lawn and adorned with local flora such as strawberry trees and olive trees, ensures the villa's privacy and tranquility.

 Completing the property is a parking area at the entrance, sheltered by a corten pergola, alongside a pedestrian gate.
