Villa Sterlizia is part of "I Giardini d'Aldia" real estate district and is located precisely just after the entrance to the district itself, looking towards the beautiful beach of Lu Impostu,  a thousand meters away from the villa only. Villa Sterlizia is built on two buildings, one of them on one level while the second on two levels (ground floor and basement); in both buildings the brightness is ample thanks to the sliding glass windows overlooking the wooden verandas facing the sea. The villa is accessed through a pedestrian entrance with a corten gate and, via a small gently sloping path on the lawn, the main building and the second building are reached.

The interior rooms

Through the veranda of the main building, you enter the living area, consisting of a large and bright living room, cleverly furnished with sofas and armchairs, from which to enjoy relaxing sea views and spend pleasant evenings in tranquility. Only three steps lead from the living room to the dining room, which can accommodate about 10 people and which enjoys, like the living room, an unfailing view on the sea, which makes convivial moments even more suggestive.

The bedrooms, five in total as well as the bathrooms, are large and bright, where the white walls, combined with the curtains and furniture that are also white, counterbalance the parquet floor giving particular brightness to the rooms. Two additional bedrooms are reserved for staff (5/6 people). Underneath the main building, a staircase leads to the basement level, where there are a gym, laundry area with washer, dryer and professional iron, as well as two double bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioners, telephone line, and TV.

The villa is accessed through a Corten gate, positioned to the left of the parking spaces (for two cars), watching the sea; from the gate, higher than the villa given the lay of the land, the garden welcomes guests through a small stone path. The path ends on the large veranda, equipped with a large wooden table capable of accommodating as many as 12 people in convivial moments, and by a light-colored outdoor lounge, ideal for relaxing while looking at the sea and being carried away by the delicate scents of the typical Mediterranean plants within the garden.

The architectural typology, like the other villas within the I Giardini d'Aldia Consortium, recalls the ancient Stazzo Gallurese, a typical Gallura dwelling characterized by its two pitched roof and lack of verandas; here of course the architectural style of the Stazzo has been revisited in a modern key, with large interior spaces and very large windows. The villa faces the beach of Lu Impostu, from which it is about 1000 m away only and reached by passing through the road inside the village that leads to the Baglioni hotel; from the hotel, crossing a walkway, is possible to reach the center of the beach.

The rectangular-shaped swimming pool, together with the whirlpool, are the ideal solution on hot days when you are looking for some refreshment, or when you want to relax away from the crowds on the beach. This route is authorized and reserved for the owners of the villas in the village and their guests only.
