Villa Ulivo is divided into two blocks, a main block and two dependances, surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden.
It offers an orderly and peaceful environment and a unique quietness for the most relaxing vacations. A harmonious union with the surrounding landscape, which is enhanced by glass partitions and sliding doors and windows. The villa accommodates up to a maximum of 10 people in 5 deluxe rooms: two in the annex, two in the main building, and 1 by the pool; each with en suite bathroom with shower, wood-paneled, white porcelain, and with large windows.
The living area consists of large entrance porch, living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The sleeping area by a master bedroom with comfortable and opulent bathroom and four double bedrooms with bathrooms. Also available to guests are a laundry room, a large sea-view veranda, garden, swimming pool, solarium, outdoor chairs and tables, deck chairs, tables and umbrellas by the pool.
The living room and dining area overlook the large garden, as does the bedroom. Wooden floors give space and depth to the cream-colored walls under the vaulted ceiling.
The property has two entrances, one pedestrian and one driveway, both characterized by an automatic corten gate. Both entrances, through a granite walkway positioned on the lawn, flow into the patio that divides the first annex from the main body. From the veranda, which is spacious and comfortable, again via a footpath leading to the swimming pool, there is access to the second annex, the latter of which is semi-basement and positioned next to the pool itself. The external structure of the villa is largely covered with granite stones, of the Giallo San Giacomo type, while the ceiling of the main body is entirely of wood, with chestnut beams painted white. The veranda, made of wood in both the upper part and the floor and furnished with a table and sofas, is the part of the villa that more than any other area allows guests to enjoy their vacation in complete relaxation and privacy, as well as to bask in the beautiful sea view of Lu Impostu. The semicircular swimming pool is accessed directly from the veranda, from which it is only 5 meters away, while the solarium that surrounds it is completely made of teak. The garden measures about 4,000 square meters and is covered with lawn and adorned with typical Mediterranean plants, such as mastic tree and strawberry tree, as well as some centuries-old olive trees. Two covered parking spaces complete the property.
