Villa Turchese is part of the I Giardini d'Aldia district, located in the municipality of San Teodoro and only a few hundred meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, namely Lu Impostu. The architectural design is captivating and refined at the same time, with its Giallo San Giacomo granite facades which highlight the unique style that derives from the skilful processing of one of Sardinia's most iconic natural materials. The villa has two entrances, one for pedestrians and one for vehicles, both in corten; from both entrances, through a slightly uphill road made up of granite slabs set on the lawn, you access the front part of the villa, where the swimming pool and the two buildings are also located.

Villa Turchese, as required by the internal regulations of the district, has a particular architectural style since its modernity recalls the ancient Stazzo Gallurese, the typical Gallura house of the past and characterized by the gable roof; the architectural style of the Gallura stazzo has, however, been adapted to the needs of modern life, which require for example large windows to give light to the house and to give the feeling of continuity between the internal and external areas (the stazzo had very small window frames) and from the large verandas which are used by the guests of the house both for convivial moments and for moments of relaxation (the farm had no verandas).

The pool area, with sun loungers, is positioned in front of the villa overlooking the sea and is about 10 meters from the villa itself. The external walls and roof of Villa Turchese are covered with the typical materials used by ancient Gallura builders, namely granite and aged terracotta tiles (coppi), the latter recovered from ancient native buildings and therefore reused.

The garden, well cared for and entirely covered with a soft lawn and native plants typical of the area, measures approximately 1,500 m2.

The property includes a laundry area, located on the ground floor of the second building, a solarium on the roof accessible via an iron spiral staircase and two covered parking spaces.

The beach of Lu Impostu, which is about 1000 meters away from the villa, is characterized by very fine white sand made up of tiny grains formed by the natural erosion of the surrounding granite over the centuries, and can be reached via the internal road of the Village, along a small path and a wooden walkway adjacent to the Baglioni hotel. This route is authorized and reserved for village guests only.
